# The REACH Enforcement Regulations 2008, Paragraph 9A

The powers of an authorised person acting on behalf of the Office of Rail Regulation the Office of Rail and Road —
(a) do not include the powers in paragraph 1(m) or (n);
(b) only apply in relation to non-domestic premises.
