# The REACH Enforcement Regulations 2008, Paragraph 4

Rule 102 of Schedule 1 to the Industrial Tribunals and Fair Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 applies to a notice served in Northern Ireland by—
(a) the Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland;
(b) a local (health and safety) authority.
