  "text": "Exiting The European Union\nConsumer Protection\nEnvironmental Protection\nHealth And Safety\nMade 29th March 2019\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1(1)\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of, and paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 and paragraph 21 of Schedule 7 to, the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 .\nIn accordance with paragraph 3(1) of Schedule 4 to that Act, these Regulations are made with the consent of the Treasury.\nIn accordance with paragraphs 1(1) and 12(1) of Schedule 7 to that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
