  "text": "(1) Article 31 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 3(c), for “for which there are Community” substitute “ in relation to which the law of any part of Great Britain provides ”.\n(3) In paragraph 5, for the words from “an official language” to the end substitute “ English and may also be supplied in any other language. ”\n(4) Omit paragraph 10.",
