# The REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 53: Chapter 1 of Title 8

(1) Article 67 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 2—
(a) for “Directive 76/768/EEC” substitute “ Regulation 1223/2009 ”;
(b) for “Directive”, in the second place it occurs, substitute “ Regulation ”.
(3) Omit paragraph 3.
