(2) In the heading for “Committee for Socio-economic Analysis” substitute “ socio-economic analysis ”.
(3) In paragraphs 1 and 2, for “Committee for Socio-economic Analysis” substitute “ Agency ”.
(4) Omit paragraph 3.
