  "text": "(1) Article 7 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 7, for “From 1 June 2011 paragraphs” substitute “ Paragraphs ”.\n(3) For paragraph 8 substitute—\n“8 Any measures for the implementation of paragraphs 1 to 7 shall be adopted by regulations made by the Secretary of State. Regulations under this paragraph are to be made by statutory instrument; and a statutory instrument containing regulations under this paragraph is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.\nThe function of making regulations under this paragraph is subject to the consent requirement in Article 4A.”.",
