# The REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 11

(1) Article 16 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, for “euro” substitute “ sterling ”.
(3) In paragraph 2, omit “, with the exception of payments due under Article 10”.
