  "text": "(1) In Annex 14 (list of substances subject to authorisation), entry 42 (4-(1, 1, 3, 3-Tetramethylbutyl)phenol, ethoxylated (covering well-defined substances and UVCB substances, polymers and homologues)) is amended in accordance with this regulation.\n(2) In the entry for the column headed “latest application date”, in point (b)—\n(a) in the first indent—\n(i) for “Directive 2001/83/EC” substitute “the Human Medicines Regulations 2012”,\n(ii) before “medical devices”, in the first place that it occurs, insert “relevant”,\n(iii) before “accessories” insert “relevant”,\n(iv) omit the words from “falling within” to “of the Council,”;\n(b) in the second indent—\n(i) before “medical devices”, in the first place that it occurs, insert “relevant”,\n(ii) before “accessories” insert “relevant”,\n(iii) omit the words from “falling within” to “2017/746,”.\n(3) In the entry for the column headed “sunset date”, in point (b)—\n(a) in the first indent—\n(i) for “Directive 2001/83/EC” substitute “the Human Medicines Regulations 2012”,\n(ii) before “medical devices”, in the first place that it occurs, insert “relevant”,\n(iii) before “accessories” insert “relevant”,\n(iv) omit the words from “falling within” to “2017/746,”;\n(b) in the second indent—\n(i) before “medical devices”, in the first place that it occurs, insert “relevant”,\n(ii) before “accessories” insert “relevant”,\n(iii) omit the words from “falling within” to “2017/746,”.",
