  "text": "Exiting The European Union\nFinancial Services\nMade 21st April 2021\nComing into force 22nd April 2021\nThe Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21, 22, 39, 286, 349 and 428 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and section 8(1) of, and paragraph 21 of Schedule 7 to, the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, make the following Regulations:\nA draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with paragraph 1(3) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.",
