# The Recognised Auction Platforms Regulations 2011, Regulation 7: Application of certain provisions of the Act with modifications


In its application to a recognised investment exchange that is also a recognised auction platform, Part 18 (recognised investment exchanges clearing houses and CSDs) of the Act, apart from Chapter 3A , has effect with the modifications set out in Schedule 2.
