# The Recognition and Derecognition Ballots (Qualified Persons) Order 2000 (Amendment) Order 2002, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Recognition and Derecognition Ballots (Qualified Persons) Order 2000 (Amendment) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st October 2002.
(2) In this Order, “the Principal Order” means the Recognition and Derecognition Ballots (Qualified Persons) Order 2000.
