The following persons are specified for the purpose of the relevant provisions—

• The Association of Electoral Administrators;

• Election.com Limited;

• Electoral Reform (Ballot Services) Limited;

• Involvement and Participation Association;

• Popularis Limited; and

• Twenty-First Century Press Limited.”
