# The Recreational Craft (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 26th January 1998
Coming into force 28th February 1998
The Secretary of State, being a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to measures relating to craft intended for recreational purposes, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by that section and of all her other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Regulations:
