# The Recreational Craft (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Recreational Craft Regulations 1996


In regulation 15(1)(b) of the Recreational Craft Regulations 1996, for the words “the Department of Economic Development” there shall be substituted the words “every district council”.
