  "text": "(1) Before placing a product on the market, a manufacturer must ensure that the product is labelled with—\n(a) the manufacturer’s name;\n(b) their registered trade name or registered trade mark; and\n(c) an address, which is the single point at which they can be contacted.\n(2) Where it is not possible to provide the information referred to in paragraph (1) on the product, the manufacturer must ensure that the information is provided—\n(a) on the packaging; or\n(b) in a document accompanying the product.",
