  "text": "(1) A manufacturer who considers or has reason to believe that a product that it has placed on the market is not in conformity Part 2, must immediately take the corrective measures necessary to—\n(a) bring the product into conformity;\n(b) withdraw the product from the market; or\n(c) recall it.\n(2) Where the product presents a risk, the manufacturer must immediately inform the market surveillance authority ... of the risk, giving details of—\n(a) the reason why the product is not considered to be in conformity; and\n(b) any corrective measures taken.",
