  "text": "Nothing in these Regulations prevents the showing of a watercraft which does not comply with Part 2 of these Regulations at a trade fair, exhibition or demonstration, provided that a visible sign clearly indicates —\n(a) that the product is not in conformity with Part 2 of these Regulations; and\n(b) that the product will not be made available on the market or be put into service until it has been brought into conformity.",
