# The Recreational Craft Regulations 2017, Regulation 72: Restrictive measures

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

When enforcing these Regulations, an enforcing authority must comply with the requirements of Article 21 of RAMS (as amended from time to time) in relation to any measure to—
(a) prohibit or restrict a product from being made available on the market;
(b) withdraw a product from the market; or
(c) recall a product.
