  "text": "(1) It is an offence for a person to contravene or fail to comply with any requirement of—\n(a) regulation 6;\n(b) regulations 8 to 16;\n(c) regulation 17(3);\n(d) regulations 18 to 25;\n(e) regulation 26(3);\n(f) regulations 27 to 31;\n(g) regulation 32(3);\n(h) regulation 34;\n(i) regulation 36 to 38; or\n(j) regulation 40.\n(2) It is an offence for any person to contravene or fail to comply with any requirement of a withdrawal or recall notice served on that person by an enforcing authority under these Regulations.",
