  "text": "Subject to regulation 74A, any person who is guilty of an offence under regulation 73 (offences) is liable on summary conviction—\n(a) in England and Wales—\n(i) to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months;\n(ii) to a fine; or\n(iii) to both.\n(b) in Scotland and Northern Ireland—\n(i) to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months; or\n(ii) to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale; or\n(iii) to both.",
