# The Recreational Craft Regulations 2017, Regulation 84: Amendment to the Consumer Rights Act 2015

In paragraph 10 of Schedule 5 to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 at the appropriate place insert—
“regulation 66(1) or (2) of the Recreational Craft Regulations 2017 (S.I. 2017/737);”.
