# The Recreational Craft Regulations 2017, Regulation 87: Amendment to the Co-ordination of Regulatory Enforcement (Regulatory Functions in Scotland and Northern Ireland) Order 2009

The Co-ordination of Regulatory Enforcement (Regulatory Functions in Scotland and Northern Ireland) Order is amended as follows—
(a) in Part 4 of Schedule 1 omit the entry “The Recreational Craft Regulations 2004” ; and at the end insert “The Recreational Craft Regulations 2017”; and
(b) in Part 2 of Schedule 2 omit the entry “The Recreational Craft Regulations 2004” and at the end insert “The Recreational Craft Regulations 2017”.
