# The Recreational Craft Regulations 2017, Paragraph 1: Compliance notice

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

An enforcing authority may serve a compliance notice on a relevant economic operator in respect of a product if the authority has reasonable grounds for believing that there is non-compliance.
