A draft of this Order was laid before and approved by resolution of the National Assembly for Wales. ## 1 Title, commencement and application The title of this Order is the Red Meat Industry (Wales) Measure 2010 (Amendment) Order 2011. It applies in relation to Wales and comes into force on 1 April 2012. ## 2 Amendments to Schedule 2 to the Measure Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Measure is amended as follows— (1) In paragraph 5 of the Schedule replace the table with the following table— “ Animal Maximum rate of production component per animal Cattle £ 6.91 Calves £ 0.50 Sheep £ 1.00 Pigs £ 1.67 ”. Article 2 amends Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Measure by replacing the component tables in paragraphs 5 and 6.
