# The Red Meat Industry (Wales) Measure 2010 (Amendment) Order 2011, Introduction: Introductory text

The Welsh Ministers make the following Order in exercise of powers conferred by sections 5(4) and 17 of the Red Meat Industry (Wales) Measure 2010.
A draft of this Order was laid before and approved by resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.
