This Order establishes the Redbridge Primary Care Trust (“the trust”), as provided for under section 16A of the National Health Service Act 1977. It specifies the trust’s operational date (article 2) and the area for which it is established (article 3 and the Schedule). The trust established by this Order replaces the trust of the same name which is dissolved by the Primary Care Trusts (Dissolutions) Order 2003.
