# The Redundancy Payments (Exemption) (No. 1) Order 1970, Note: Explanatory note


This Order excludes the application of section 1 of the Redundancy Payments Act 1965 as respects employees in the employment of the Electricity Board, as defined in the Order, to whom the agreement specified in the Schedule applies.
