  "text": "TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT\nMade 30th March 1990\nComing into force 1st April 1990\nWhereas a draft of the following Order was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 149(4) of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978 (“the 1978 Act”) and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 149(1)(b) and 154(3) and (4) of the 1978 Act and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Order:",
