Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Redundancy Payments (Local Government) (Modification) (Amendment) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st June 1995.

(2)

In this Order the “principal Order” means the Redundancy Payments (Local Government) (Modification) Order 1983f1.
