# The References to Rating (Housing) (Amendment) Regulations 1990, Regulation 2


Paragraph 5 of the Schedule to the References to Rating (Housing) Regulations 1990 is amended by the substitution in (a)(ii) of “did not exceed” for “exceeded”.
