  "text": "In this Order–\n(a) “the 2011 Act” means the Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Act 2011;\n(b) “the referendum” means the referendum on the voting system for parliamentary elections provided for in Part 1 of the 2011 Act;\n(c) a reference to a numbered rule is a reference to the rule of that number contained in the referendum rules in Schedule 2 to the 2011 Act and a reference to a numbered Schedule is to the Schedule bearing that number in that Act.",
