# The Referendum on the Voting System (Welsh Forms) Order 2011, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order–
(a) “the 2011 Act” means the Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Act 2011;
(b) “the referendum” means the referendum on the voting system for parliamentary elections provided for in Part 1 of the 2011 Act;
(c) a reference to a numbered rule is a reference to the rule of that number contained in the referendum rules in Schedule 2 to the 2011 Act and a reference to a numbered Schedule is to the Schedule bearing that number in that Act.
