  "text": "(1) The Refuges for Children (Scotland) Regulations 1996 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 3 (designation of refuges: local authority establishments and foster households) for paragraph (b) substitute—\n“(b) the household of a person who is approved as a foster carer under the Looked After Children (Scotland) Regulations 2009,”.\n(3) In regulation 10(2) (withdrawal of designation of approval) for paragraph (c) substitute—\n“(c) where a person approved as a foster carer under the Looked After Children (Scotland) Regulations 2009 has had that approval terminated under those Regulations;”.",
