# The Regional Transport Planning (Wales) Order 2006, Article 5: Date by which qualifying local transport plans must be replaced


In accordance with section 109C(2) of the 2000 Act, the National Assembly for Wales requires all qualifying local transport plans to be replaced no later than 30 June 2008.
