  "heading": "Correction of entries in register",
  "text": "(1) The Registrar may, upon being satisfied in accordance with paragraph (2) below that any entry in the register has been made in error or that any entry is incorrect, erase or correct the same.\n(2) No erasure or correction of any entry in the Register shall be made under paragraph (1) above unless the Registrar has first served notice of the proposed erasure or correction on the person appearing to him to be affected, has afforded that person the opportunity to make written representations regarding the same and has taken into account any such representations.",
