  "text": "In this Schedule—\n“the Community Design Regulation” has the meaning given by paragraph 1(7);\n“the Continuing Community Design Regulation” has the meaning given by paragraph 16(4);\n“existing registered Community design” has the meaning given by paragraph 1(1);\n“expired Community design” has the meaning given by paragraph 15(1);\n“RCD register” has the meaning given by paragraph 1(7);\n“re-registered design” has the meaning given by paragraph 1(2).",
