  "heading": "Entries to be made in the register in relation to designs treated as registered under this Act",
  "text": "(1) The registrar must as soon as reasonably practicable on or after IP completion day enter a re-registered design in the register of designs.\n(2) The obligation under section 22(1) (inspection of registered designs) applies to a re-registered design on and after the day on which the re-registered design is entered in the register (notwithstanding that no certificate of registration has been granted).",
