  "heading": "Information as to existence of right in registered design.",
  "text": "On the request of a person furnishing such information as may enable the registrar to identify the design, and on payment of the prescribed fee, the registrar shall inform him—\n(a) whether the design is registered . . ., and\n(b) whether any extension of the period of the right in the registered design has been granted,\nand shall state the date of registration and the name and address of the registered proprietor.",
