# Registered Designs Act 1949, Section 42: Annual report of registrar.


The Comptroller—General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks shall, in his annual report with respect to the execution of the Patents Act 1977, include a report with respect to the execution of this Act as if it formed a part of or was included in that Act.
