# The Registered Designs (Amendment) Rules 1999, Article 10: Citation, commencement and transitional


In rule 32 (form of certificate), for the words “be in the form set out in Schedule 2 to these Rules” substitute the words “include the name of the registered proprietor and date of registration”.
