In rule 59 (application to settle terms of licence of right)—

(a)

in paragraph (3), after the word “above” insert the words “, or such other period as the registrar may specify,”;

(b)

in paragraph (4), after the word “objection” insert the words “, or such other period as the registrar may specify,”.
