  "text": "The amendments, revocations and insertions made by rules 3 to 12, 14 to 16 and 25 of these Rules and the substitution of a new Designs Form 2A made by rule 26 of these Rules shall not apply in relation to any applications for registration under the Registered Designs Act 1949 which have been made but not finally determined before the coming into force of these Rules (“pending applications”).",
