  "text": "DESIGNS\nMade 16th July 1970\nComing into Operation 1st October 1970\nThe Appeal Tribunal constituted under section 28(2) of the Registered Designs Act 1949, as amended by section 24 of the Administration of Justice Act 1969, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 28(8) and (8A) of the Registered Designs Act 1949, as amended by section 24 of the Administration of Justice Act 1969 and section 10 of the Administration of Justice Act 1970, hereby makes the following Rules:—",
