Article 1

These Rules may be cited as the Registered Designs (Fees) Rules 1988 and shall come into operation as respects rules 1(1), 2 and 4 on 9th June 1988 and as respects rules 1(2) and 3 on 23rd June 1988.

The Registered Designs (Fees) Rules 1986^f1 are hereby revoked.
