  "long_title": "These Rules revoke and replace the Registered Designs (Fees) Rules 1989. The fees payable under the Registered Designs Act 1949 on forms 2A, 7, 8, 9A, 12A, 18, 25A and 31 are increased with effect from 10th September 1990. It is estimated that the total amount of fees collected per annum at the new levels will be 7½ per cent greater than the amount collected per annum at existing levels.",
