  "text": "(1) These Rules may be cited as the Registered Designs (Fees) Rules 2016 and come into force on 1stOctober 2016.\n(2) In these Rules—\n“the Act” means the Registered Designs Act 1949;\n“the commencement date” means the date referred to in paragraph (1); and\n“the Registered Designs Rules” means the Registered Designs Rules 2006\n(3) In these Rules, a reference to a form is a reference to the form of that description in the Registered Designs Rules.",
