# The Registered Designs Regulations 2001, Paragraph 16

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In section 53(1)(b) of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (things done in reliance on registration of design) after the word “cancellation” there shall be inserted “or invalidation”.
