Article 10 Appointment of agents

Unless the registrar otherwise directs in any particular case, anything required or authorised by these Rules to be done by or in relation to any person may be done by, or in relation to, his agent.

Where after a person has become a party to proceedings before the registrar he appoints an agent for the first time, or appoints one agent in substitution for another, the newly appointed agent shall file Designs Form 1A in duplicate on or before the first occasion when he acts as agent.
