Article 69 Prohibition on inspection under section 22(2)

The period under section 22(2) during which a design shall not be open to inspection, except as provided in that section, shall be, as regards designs to be applied to textile articles, three years and as regards designs to be applied to wallpaper and similar wall covering and lace, two years from the date of the registration thereof.
